Blue Room
Rent the Blue Room for smaller productions, meetings, seminars, receptions and more. Small stage in room provides a level for guest speakers and small performances. Seating Capacity of 300. Additional rates may apply to each rental. Customized quotes are provided during booking process. All rental rates include use of the tables and chairs on site.

Main Hall
Rent our Main Hall for you next event! Social Gatherings, Wedding Receptions, Concerts, Comedy Shows, Employee Meetings and more! Memorial Hall can accommodate up to 1,450 guests in a theater style performance, 300 at seated rounds, or 800 for a standing floor only. Each floor plan is custom designed. Additional rates may apply to each rental. Customized quotes are provided during booking process. All rental rates include use of the tables and chairs on site, and are for 4 hours only.

Entire Building
Rent the entire building for your, meetings, seminars, receptions and more. Customize the entire building for your event, multiple break out areas, meeting spaces, dinner and or show.

Additional Services
These Additional Services are mandatory fees that apply to every rental that Memorial has.
Cleaning/Custodial
$50/hourly per custodian
Minimum of 1 custodian up to 150 guests, 2 custodians for 151 guests or larger for a minimum of 4 hours. Will be quoted accordingly.
Onsite Facility Manager
$300 flat day rate
Your liaison for the contract of rental. Ensure compliance with building and fire code.
Use of confetti or streamers
$500 flat day rate
Use of confetti and streamers for your event is allowed about at an additional fee.
Optional Services
These items are additional.
Extension Stage
$500
The extension stage is always up unless requested to be removed. There is a cost for the stage to be removed and setup again.
Sound and Simple Stage Wash Light/Production

Projection/Lighting

Usher Service
$200 Day rate
Usher services is available, up to 20 ushers for your event each day.

Security
$50 hourly
Security quotes and be provided, this service is outsourced and it will be quoted per security officer with a 4 hour minimum.
