Rent our Main Hall for you next event! Social Gatherings, Wedding Receptions, Concerts, Comedy Shows, Employee Meetings and more! Memorial Hall can accommodate up to 1,450 guests in a theater style performance, 300 at seated rounds, or 800 for a standing floor only. Each floor plan is custom designed. Additional rates may apply to each rental. Customized quotes are provided during booking process. All rental rates include use of the tables and chairs on site, and are for 4 hours only.

These Additional Services are mandatory fees that apply to every rental that Memorial has.
This reduced rate is applicable on load-in days that are not accessible to the public, provided it is in conjunction with a show day rental the preceding day.
Minimum of 1 custodian up to 150 guests, 2 custodians for 151 guests or larger for a minimum of 4 hours. Will be quoted accordingly.

The extension stage is always up unless requested to be removed. There is a cost for the stage to be removed and setup again.

Usher services are available for your event, with a maximum of 20 ushers provided each day. This service is managed by an external vendor, and all billing will be handled directly with them. It is important to note that ushers are not intended to serve as security personnel.

Security services will be billed on a per-officer basis, with a minimum engagement of four hours. As these services are outsourced, all billing and payment transactions will be handled directly with the service provider.
